It was small and machines were super tight. The front desk check in staff and the guys who checked our ID’s and greeted us into the casino we’re great. Our maid did a fantastic job and the Bathrooms were really nice. Though this facility was smoke-free, the old stale smoke smell was still heavy throughout. The carpet is stained up everywhere and stinks. The hotel common areas, particularly the hallways need major renovation. This property was just ok- nothing like the other Harrahs locations we’ve visited.
